No, videos of the curriculums cannot be downloaded, they are all streamed and can be accessed online through a browser or our mobile App for as long as you are a member.

1. All activities are presented in video format with children and adults demonstrating the activity and a transcription including tips, teaching goals, storyline, and progressions.
2. New activities we add to the curriculum will be sent to you by email as well.
3. All materials are accessible online, either through a browser or our app (you will need to be connected to the internet to access our content).

1. All our videos inside the Mantis Martial Academy are structured and organized.
   So you can follow our lesson plans step by step but you may also customize them to your own needs.
2. Videos are first put into one of 2 curriculums for ages 3-4 and 5-7 year-olds.
3. Each lesson includes an explanation with teaching tips, goals and progression,s and regressions. A warm-up, skills to be taught, fun games to apply the skill, and a cool down.
   We recommend following our lesson plans without being too rigid to make them age-appropriate, for optimal learning and the most fun.
4. The full transcription of all videos can be used in addition in your classroom.
